The Office of the City Clerk serves the city’s administrative needs by maintaining city records, regulating licensing and more. Additionally, the Office of the City Clerk supports the legislative work of the Mayor and City Council.

Boise City Code is published for reference and represents formal legislative acts of Council.

City Council Meetings

The City Council meets every Tuesday at 6 p.m., except for the fourth Tuesday of each month, when the meetings begin at noon. Council meetings are held on the third floor of City Hall.
